Biography
Hi! I am a research support technician (postdoc) at Center of Brain and Cognition at la Universitat Pompeu Fabra, working with Damián Blasi. I am interested in the broad question on what makes languages the way they are today, specifically on how extra-linguistic factors (such as policies, societal structures) affect the structual diversity of language.
I got my PhD in August 2026 at Department of Brain and Cognitive Sciences at MIT. During graduate school, I worked with Ted Gibson in TedLab. Before grad school, I was an undergraduate student majoring in mechanical engineering at University of Miami, but later I developed my interest in language research and worked with Caleb Everett.
